Next Steps: The Living is in the Telling
Throughout human history, cultures around the world have valued face-to-face storytelling. Something mysterious, ineffable, and liminal happens as words carry a story from one's lips to another's ears. That which can't be explained is lived. Truth is no longer contained in facts and about definitions, but in an experience. The forgotten dead can, in that way, live among us.
There is no need to believe in that. I simply invite you to enjoy it. I offer group storytelling exeriences in libraries, coffee shops, and other gathering places, and in the cemeteries themselves among the people whose lives are the stories. Rates begin at $80 for a 50-minute program for 3-10 people.
